Such a good coffee shop in Dublin. I got a flat white and a pain au chocolat. The pastry was slightly stale but it was late in the day so that’s to be expected. The food options besides treats were quite limited as it’s a specialty coffee shop. Plenty of seating and such good service. We got our coffee brought to our table despite a busy queue and we got water cups along with our coffee. Definitely will visit again, as they have such a diverse range of coffee beans and methods of brewing. Not too badly priced for the location and quality.

Excellent, thoughtful coffee shop I found on my last morning in Dublin. Perfectly made my espresso tonic, and I only wish I had time to enjoy more. The pistachio cookie was delicious as well. I will return.

First visit and I loved it! Friendly staff, tried an AMAZING Tanat espresso from Colombia very peachy flavour and oat flat white (also good). Banana bread and red velvet cake were wonderful. The space is chill and sunny. Wanna come back for pour overs and some coffee gadgets too :)

It was excellent! We went there 5 days in a row 😮‍💨🥰 our fav coffee shop in Dublin to say the least. 💫✨ It has many vegan options. 🌿🫶🏼 I recommend to try the Iced Raspberry Chai ☁️

I had a great experience here. The toast was incredibly delicious — perfectly prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. It was simple but done really well, which made it even more enjoyable. The americano was also excellent: smooth, rich, and very well balanced. It paired perfectly with the food and was exactly the kind of coffee I was hoping for. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. A fantastic spot for a good breakfast or coffee break in Dublin.

Great place! The love for good coffee here is real. I enjoyed watching everyone prepare coffee and food while I was there. Despite being full of people, the place was still quite cozy. We tried the raspberry chocolate muffin. It was quite heavy. We also tried the pistachio cookie, which was great! I would definitely recommend coming here.

An absolute gem! The interior is cosy and creates such an amazing atmosphere. We were genuinely so happy to find this spot when visiting Dublin. The drinks were fantastic - I highly recommend both the matcha and the charcoal latte. They also have a lot of delicious pastries with so many great vegan and gluten-free options. I can’t wait to come back!

Service: Well details on the menu items from food to drinks. Food: the cold drink was great if yoy love strong dose of caffeine but not suit to everyone! Portion is great. Both in the sandwich and the drink The Italian chicken was greatly filled but bread choice could be replaced with different one to match filling with texture and crust / crunch to make the experience even better with every bite. The cheese melting stretch test passed with mid stretches could had better . Flavoured for cheese was not overly salted and when having a bite not chewing like a gum in must other places when having your sandwiches. The brownie is fantastic melt in your mouth , very moist in every bite. the energy ball pistachio just kick in right boosts .

I’ve had this place on my list to visit for a while and finally managed to visit. The atmosphere and ambiance of the cafe is really calm and relaxing. The staff were very polite and welcome. I ordered an iced oat latte and my sister ordered the cloud foam matcha. Both drinks were lovely and served so nicely in a wooden board with water on the side. For cakes, we got the pistachio stuffed cookie and the red velvet cake. Both were lovely, the red velvet cake is definitely on the sweeter side. I would like if there were more options for coffee syrups, they only have brown sugar syrup. The coffee itself is really nice, it has a richness to it, but it is not too strong. Pricing is reasonable and average, for two drinks and two cakes was €20, compared to other cafes and coffee shops, this is pretty normal. Overall I had a lovely experience here and would definitely visit again if nearby.

Brew Lab is easily one of the most impressive specialty coffee places in Dublin right now. You notice very quickly that this café was created by people who genuinely care about coffee quality and not just aesthetics. The team behind it comes from a competitive barista background, and that attention to detail shows in almost everything here. The coffee is excellent, especially the flat whites and filter brews. Balanced extraction, great milk texture and beans that are clearly chosen with care instead of just following trends. Even small details like the ceramics, water service and presentation make the whole experience feel polished without becoming pretentious. The atmosphere is modern and minimalist, but still relaxed and welcoming. A perfect place if you enjoy specialty coffee beyond the usual quick caffeine stop. The pastries are also very good and pair perfectly with the coffee. Definitely one of the cafés in Dublin that coffee lovers should not miss.
